The three levels

• 01 Practitioner — the foundations: You learn the clean foundation: trance, language, safety, ethics. The basis for everything that follows — without shortcuts.
• 02 Coach — the depth: Body Wisdom® and Body Wisdom® Therapy: you learn to work with what the body already knows — and to guide people safely through deeper processes.
• 03 Master — the refinement: Spiritual hypnosis, regressions to the between-life, work with fields of consciousness. For those who truly want to walk this path.

Hypnosis 1 + 2 is one connected five-day seminar and can only be booked as a combination.

You decide on the further levels later — at your own pace.

The academy is not for you if you're looking for quick methods that should just work, without you becoming part of the process.

Frequently asked questions

Does the training take place in person?

Yes. The modules deliberately take place in person in Tamarindo, Costa Rica — hypnosis is a deeply interpersonal practice that I cannot teach through a screen. You sense energy, breath, the smallest reactions. The accompanying tutorials between modules are online — that's where we deepen questions, cases and reflection.

Do I need prior experience?

No. You don't need any therapy training, spiritual background or coaching experience. What you need is seriousness, openness and the willingness to work on yourself. Anyone who learns hypnosis without knowing themselves won't be able to lead it cleanly. That part is non-negotiable — everything else you'll learn with me.

Can I attend only individual levels?

Yes. You always start with the Practitioner level. You decide on the next levels when you truly feel them — not because I push you there. Some stay at Practitioner and work beautifully with that. Others walk the whole path to Master. Both are right.

How does this training differ from other schools?

I trained in many schools myself — and much of it didn't convince me. Here there's no show element, no power inductions without context, no weekend certificate. Instead: small groups, personal guidance by me, honest reflection and enough time for something to truly grow. Depth over speed.

What does the training cost?

The entry level — Spiritual Hypnosis Practitioner (Hypnosis 1 & 2, 5 in-person days) — costs 1,899 €. You decide on the further levels later, at your own pace. Everything else we discuss transparently and without pressure in the consultation.

Do I receive a certificate at the end?

Yes. The training is recognised by the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) as a training programme. After completing it you can apply for NGH Certified Membership via the reciprocity process. Markus himself is certified by NGH and IACT. And more important than any paper: that you genuinely feel secure in your work after the modules.

Is spiritual meant in an esoteric sense here?

No. Spiritual here means seeing the human being as a whole — body, thoughts and what lies beneath. The work is done with clear methodology, ethics and responsibility. There are no healing promises and no promises I cannot keep.
